Toor dal Uthappam

Things Required

Rice 4 cup
Split Pigeon peas (dhoor dal – துவரம்பருப்பு) 1/2 cup
Fenugreek powder 2 table spoon
Urad bean (உளுத்தம் பருப்பு) 1/4 cup

Steps

1) soak all of them together for 4 hours
2) Grind them to a mild coarser form
3) Mix salt as required
4) After leaving it for 9-11 hours using the pan you can prepare it to a golden color
5) Make chutney of your choice and enjoy it.
