Sri Hanumath Jayanthi was celeberated in a grand manner at Sri Kothanda Ramar temple, West Mambalam,Chennai today (January 1, 2014; Vijaya Varusha Margazhi Moolam). At 4 pm, Thirumanjanam for Sri Anjaneyar was performed followed by Ul purappadu for utsavar in the evening at 7 pm. At 7.30 pm, Utsavar reached Thirukalyana Mandapam and gave sevai to all devotees. At 8 pm, 1008 Vadamalai was offered to Sri Anchaneyar Mulava Murthy. A large number of devotees participated in the utsavam and had good darshan with prasadam. Bhaktas were very satisfied and expressed their happiness about the beautiful Sathupudi done by the Cheif Archagar Swami.
