  1. Dear Sir,
Adiyen Raghavan is writing this. I do not have thamizh font.
    Hence in English.

This article is excellent to read. But not only difficult, very difficult to follow.
First of all, these things are possible only at villages. But now-a-days, even villages are not safe to follow the anushtanams. No water, keeping mobile like angawasthram are major problems. Sorry am not pointing out any particular sri vaishnavar, but in general. Most of the vadhyar swamin carry mobile with cine based songs as caller tune. In the midst of the tharpana, the bell rings to the amusement of everyone. So who will bell the cat here?

The problem in the city is flat culture. Cities should have been developed horizontally instead of vertically. So, again no water. Because forty persons live in the place, where merely four persons lived.

The so called IT industry is swamped by brahmins, and no brahmin is ready to take the son/daughter of a vaideeha brahmana. So, more pollution in the name of socialism and the so called socialism is choking.

To be honest, there is no leader(at present) in brahmin community who can be worth emulated or followed. Even if one is there, he will be petitioned with lougheega petitions and he will be pulled down by the so called devotees. Honestly, tell me sir, who is not after money even amongst the brahmins including ACHARYAS (BARRING ONE OR TWO). For some reason or other either to satisfy 80 G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 or some taken up responsibilities funds are solicited. Even the so called ACHARYAS during their early periods would have worked for some one and after taking up SANYAS working for some different purpose. No one has the power to dictate and carry their words to end.
Irrespective of religion or caste, the ACHARYAS should be in control of religion. But not. Why Govt. is controlling? Because TAPOBALAM is reduced and come almost to standstill. So many infights even among sri vaishnavites, leads us nowhere.

Anyhow, such articles are necessary, because, such artilces are like railway time tables. To know how late the train is, we need railway time table. Similarly, atleast one person, who is reading this article, can change his attitude and become a real devotee.

  2. Dear Sir, Änushtanam is about the individual, the self who has the opportunity to reach The Paramapatha by following the Vedas and what has been prescribed in the Vedas. The impact of the Good and not-so-good acts of others will obviously be faced by them. It may hence be better to ignore what is happening around us and just focus on what one as an individual can do.If each person starts doing the daily anushtanam religiously, the community at large will slowly start doing the same

    • adiyen agree with this comment. there are so many people even working in IT are following the dictates of srivishnavam adn doing anushtanam as per the sastram. if individual have shradda and practice he can achieve
