Every Year Theppotsavam for Venkatesa Perumal is Celebrated on Chithirai Pournami at Sri Prasanna Venkatesa Perumal Temple, Gunaseelam, Trichy, This year Chithirai Pournami falls on 31st of Chithirai ie 14th of may 2014. As part of theppotsavam, There will be Muthangi Sevai and Sahasra Deepa Sevai in the morning and The Theppotsavam will take place at Papavinasa Theertha Kulam around 8.00 P.M at Gunaseelam. All astikas are invited to attend the Theppotsavam and get the blessings of Divyadampatis.
