Yesteday, 1st June 2014, Jaya varusha Vaikasi Punarpoosam; is the day 2 of Vaikasi Brahmotsavam at Sri Vedantha Desikar Devasthanam Sri Alarmelmanga sametha Sri Srinivasa Perumal temple,Mylapore Chennai.In the morning Perumal Thiruveedhi Purappadu took place in Hamsa Vahanam with a grand Arulicheyal Ghoshti and Veda Parayanam Ghoshti. Srinivasa Perumal was in white vastram with his thiruvabharanam was a delight to have darshan. Lot of astikas took part in the Purappadu and had the blessings of Thayar and Perumal.
