On 7 July 2014, Jaya Aani Swathi; Periyazhwar Thirunakshatra Uthsavam was celebrated in grand manner at Tirupathi Sri Govindarajaswamy Temple In the morning Thirumanjanam took place for Sri Govindaraja Perumal and Periyazhwar.And in the evening Perumal thiruveedhi purappadu took place on Garuda vahanam and Azhwar in Yanai Vahanam after the Purappadu asthanam ,satrumurai took place .HH Periya Kelviappan and Seriya Kelviappan jeer Swamigal Performed Mangalasasanam on this occasion. Several astikas took part in the thirumanjanam & Garuda Sevai and had the blessings of Sri Periyazhwar and Divya Dampathis.
