Yesterday, July 24, 2014; Jaya Varusha Aadi Rohini, is the day 3 of Thiruvadipooram Utsavam at Sri Vedantha Desikar Devasthanam (SVDD) Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple, Mylapore, Chennai. Sri Andal gave beautifula darshan in Asthanam before the Ul Prakara purappadu.The utsavam will culminate into Sri Andal’s thirunakshatram on July 30, 2014.
Meanwhile, on August 1, 2014, Jyeshtabhishekam is scheduled to take place for Sri Srinivasa Perumal and Thayar on Aadi Hastham. Astikas may make it convenient to attend this utsavam as well, as it a very special one at this temple.
