On August 15, 2014; Jaya Varusha Aadi Revathi Aadi Vellikizhamai was celebrated in a grand manner at Thiruvahindrapuram Sri Devanathan Perumal Temple. On this occasion in the evening, Ul purappadu took place for Hemabujavalli thayar . Thereafter, asthanam and satrumurai sevakalam was held in the temple grandly. Several devotees participated in the Aadi Vellikizhamai Purappadu and received the blessings of the Divya Dampathis.
