Yesterday, 4 September 2014, Jaya Varusha Aavani Kettai; Sri Yathokthakari Perumal temple Pavitrotsavam Commences in grand manner at Thiruvekka Divya Desam. Kanchipuram. In the evening, as part of the pavithrotsavam pre event angurarpanam, mruthsangraham, acharya varnam took place as per agama sastras. Firstly Ankurarpanam and Mruthsangraham was done followed by Thirumanjanam and Homam . Many Srivaishnavas took part in goshti and had Theertha Prasadam. Lot of astikas took part in the Pavithrotsavam and had the blessings of Divyadampatis.
From today the Pavithrotsavam will take place for next three days, All astikas are invited to attend the Pavithrotsavam and get the blessings of Sonna Vannam Seitha Perumal.
