Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Temple (SLNT), Wisconsin, USA, recently conducted Bhoomi Puja on the recently acquired land in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The three day Prathishtapana Utsavam of Bhoga Murthis included morning and evening homam, JalAdivasam,SheerAthivasam, DhAnyAthivasam, SayyAthivasam, Nethraunmeelanam and PrAnaparathista on September 6th, Hayagriva Jayanthi Day.
Thirukalyana Utsavam was performed for Lord Lakshmi Narasimhar, Lord Lakshmi Hayagrivar, and Godha and RangamannAr.
In less than one year after inception, SLNT has received tax exemption status, enacted by laws, acquired a 5 acre land with a building, all the temple items including vahanams. Nearly all the utsavamurthis have been ordered from India to be shipped in 2015. A tentative temple plan has been drawn.
The only remaining service (Kainkaryam) is to build the temple for Lord Lakshmi Narasimha on the strong foundation established by the founders of SLNT with the blessings of our Acharyas and EmperumAn Himself.
