Swami Nigamantha Maha Desikan’s Varshika Thirunakshtra Mahotsavam is being celebrated at Desikan Sannidhi of Nagapattinam from 25th September, 2014 to 5th October, 2014. During this festival Swami Desikan will enjoy Thirumanjanam every day in the morning and grace all the astikas while on procession through Maada Veethi on different vahanam amid Adhyabagha and Veda parayana goshti.The highlight of this festival will be Sri Hayagreeva Aradhanam on (satrumurai) concluding day. This festival coincides with Navratri Festival for Lord sri Lakshmi Nrusimhan, the presiding deity of this Sannidhi.
