On, 10 October 2014, Jaya Varusha Purattasi Barani, Swami Desikan Thirunakshatra Mahotsavam Day-7 was celebrated in a grand manner at Madipakkam Sri Oppilliappan Pattabhisheka Ramar temple.On this occasion being day-7 in the evening Swami desikan had Nachiyar Thirukolam alankaram followed by asthanam and satrumurai sevakalam .Lot of astikas took part in the Thirunakshatra Utsavam Day-7 and received the blessings of Swami Desikan.
