On October 6, 2014, Jaya Varusha Purattasi Sadayam; Vidayatri Theppotsavam for Sri Amaruviappan Perumal at Therazhundur took place in magnificent manner. As mark of Swami Desikan Varshika Utsava Poorthi, Theppotsavam took place at Sri Amaruviappan Perumal Temple. During Theppotsavam Sri Amaruviappan gave Scintillating darshan in Rathnangi sevai while ubhaya nachiyars adorned the beautiful Muthangi vastram Several devotees took part in the Theppotsavam and had the beautiful darshan and blessings of Perumal with his consorts.
On, 7 October 2014, Swami Sri Nigamantha Mahadesikan Theppotsavam took place in grand manner at Therazhundur. Swami Desikan blessed the bhakthas from theppam. Lot of astikas took part in Sri Amaruviappan and Swami Desikan Theppam and had the blessings of Acharya Sarvabhoumar and Divya Dampatis.
