The ‘Satrumurai’ and ‘Deerthavari’ is planned to be performed for Sri Vedantha Desikar in our Vilakudi Sri Kasturi Renga Perumal Koil on Friday the 31st October 2014 (Star Thiruvoonam).We have seperate Sannadhi for SWAMI DESIKAN in our Temple. After Thirumanjanam , there will be ‘Purapadu’ and Swami Desikan will be taken to the nearby Kaveri River (the name of the Kaveri in our taluk is called MULLIAARU) for ‘Teerthavari’. Lots of devotees will have holy dip in river during Swami Desikan Theerthavari. All astikas are invited to attend the Satrumurai and Theerthavari Utsavam for Swami Desikan at Vilakudi.
