On 19 November 2014, Jaya Varusha Karthikai Hastham Panchami Theertha Utsavam Commenced in a grand manner at Mylapore SVDD Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple.On this occasion being Day-1 in the morning Sri Alarmelmangai Thayar had Thirumanjanam and in the evening Thayar had Ul Purappadu in Padmam after that asthanam sevakalam and satrumurai took place.Several devotees took part in the Panchami Theertha Utsavam Day-1 and had the blessings of Sri Alarmelmangai Thayar .
