On, 1st January 2015 ; Jaya Varusha Margazhi Bharani,Vaikunda Ekadasi Utsavam took place in grand manner at Thiruvinnagar Sri Oppilliappan Venkatachalapathi Temple . Being Vaikunda Ekadasi, In the morning Sri Oppilliappan and Bhoomi Devi Thayar had Muthangi Sevai and Ul Purappadu and then followed by asthanam.Lot of astikas took part in the Vaikunda Ekadasi Utsavam and had the blessings of Divyadampatis
