On January 25, 2014; Jaya Varusha Jaya Varusham Thai Uthiratathi, Pari Vettai Utsavam took place in grand manner at Madipakkam Sri Oppilliappan Pattabhisheka Ramar Temple Chennai. On this occasion in the morning Sri Oppilliappan had Purappadu in Pallaku to Puzhuthivakkam Sri Guru Raghavendhara Kalyana Mandapam where Thirumanjanam took place followed by mandaikabadi in various houses.And in the thiruveedhi purappadu took place in Kedayam happens with arulicheyal and veda ghosti Lot of Astikas participated in the utsavam and received the blessings of Divya Dampathis.
