On 20 March 2015,Jaya Varusha Panguni Purattathi; Being Ammavasai, Sri Veeraraghava Perumal in Sri Veeraraghavan Devasthanam (SVD) had thiruveedhi purapadu at Thiruvallur. After the purapadu being vellikizhamai rettai purapadu of Sri Kanakavalli Thayar and Sri Veeraraghava Perumal took place inside the temple. Also the 43rd pattam and 45th pattam (below) Srimath Azhagiyasinghar had purapadu along with Perumal and Thayar. After the purapadu Angurarapanam took place for the samprokshanam of Garudan sannidhi and Swami Desikan Sannidhi. Several astikas took part in the Purappadu and had the blessings of Thayar and Perumal.
