On July 17th 2015, Manmatha Varusha First Aadi Velli, being Thiruvadhirai; Thayar Purappadu take place in grand manner at Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple, Pondicherry. Being aadi Vellikizhamai (friday) aroung 11 a.m Vishesha Thirumanjanam for Sri Alarmelmangai thayar was conducted and later in the evening 6.30 p.m Ul prakara purappadu took place inside the temple premises. Lot of astikas took part in the purappadu and had blessings of Thayar and Perumal.
