Yesterday, 24 September 2015, Manmadha Varusha Purattasi Sravanam;Purattasi Sravana Utsavam was celebrated at Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple, Pondicherry. On this occasion, In the morning Periya Thirumanjanam was performed to Moolavar and Utsava Perumal. Later in the evening Srinivasa Perumal with his consorts in swarna kavacham Thiruveedhi purappadu took place in the temple streets of Pondyicherry. Many Bhakthas took part in the purattasi sravana utsavam and had the blessings of Sri Srinivsaa Perumal.
