The Manmadha Varusha Day 2 Pavithrotsavam was grandly celebrated at Sri Bhakthavatsala Perumal Temple, Thirukkannamangai Divya desam. On 26th October 2015, in the morning, Thirumanjanam was performed for Perumal followed by Homam in Yagasalai and later in the evening Perumal had Ul Purappadu. Many devotees participated in the Utsavam and had the blessings of Divyadampathis. Thiru Kannamangai Bhaktavatsalam Divya Desam is located about 25kms South of Thirucherai Divya Desam on the Kumbakonam-Thiruvarur road between two rivers – OdamPokki in the South and Virutha Cauvery in the North. As Lakshmi’s wedding took place here at Thiru Kannamangai, this place is called Krishna Mangala Kshetram.
