Lord Narasimha chose to reside at this place to protect the people from evil forces. This temple is situated South of ThiruThanka and about ½ km West of Ashtabhujam temple. On November 25th 2015, Thirumangai Azhwar Thirunakshatram was celebrated at this temple. Perumal with Ubhayanachiyars had beautiful alangaram and Thirumanjanam was performed for Thirumangai Azhwar and received Satari Mariyadhai from Perumal. Many Bakthas participated and received the blessings of Divyadampathis and Azhwar.
