Sri Thirukatchi Nambigal 1007 th Thirunakshatra Mahotsavam and Sri Thirumal Seva Sanga 15 th Anniversary is planned to to be held on 17.02.2016 Wednesday at Sri Venugopalaswamy temple, Linghi Chetty Street, Mannady, Chennai. On 17 th February Kalasa Sthapanam , Homam , Thirumanjanam in Midst of Veda Parayanam followed by SatruMurai and Theertha Prasatha Viniyogam. In the evening Bhajans, Pushpanjali Sahasranama Archanai, Maha Deeparathanai and Thiruveethi Purapadu ( Sri Venugopalar and Sri Thirukatchi Nambigal – ETHIR SEVAI)
In sri venugopalswamy temple every month and every year they are celebrating Sri Thirukatchi Nambigal Utsavam in a grand maner. Even as per the History of the temple Sri Thirukatchi Nambigal itself came into a dream of a chettiar and ordered him Pratdishtai of Thirukatchi Nambigal. The temple committee and Sri Thirumal Seva Sangam invites all astikas nearby to attend Sri Thirukatchi Nambigal Thirunakashatra Mahotsavam and get the blessings of Acharya and Perumal.
