Swami Koorathazhwan Avathara Thirunakshatra Purappadu took place at Mylapore Sri Vedantha Desikar Devasthanam (SVDD) Srinivasa Perumal Temple. On January 29th 2016, being Hastham, in the evening Sri Srinivasa Perumal along with His Consorts and Swami Koorathazhwan had Thiruveethi Purappadu. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and parayana ghosti. Several Bakthas participated in the Purappadu and received the blessings of Divyadampathis and Swami Koorathazhwan.
