Theppotsavam was celebrated in a grand manner at Thirukoshtiyur Sri Sowmiyanarayana Perumal Temple. On February 14th 2016, Day 2 Utsavam, Sri Sowmiyanarayana Perumal had Simha Vahanam followed by Thiruveethi Purappadu and Theppotsavam was performed. On the Day 3 Utsavam, Sri Perumal had Hanumantha Vahanam followed by Theppotsavam. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti. Many devotees participated in the Theppotsavam to have dharshan of Divyadampathis and received the blessings.
