Punarvasu is the Avathara Nakshatram of Sri Ramar and Masi Punarvasu is the Avathara Nakshatram of Kulasekara Azhwar. On February 19th 2016, in the evening Sri Perumal along with His Consorts and Kulasekara Azhwar had beautiful alangaram followed by Thiruveethi Purappadu. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti. Many Bakthas participated in the Utsavam and received the blessings of Divyadampathis and Kulasekara Azhwar.
