Masi Magam Theppotsavam was celebrated in a grand manner at Madhuranthakam Yeri Kaatha Ramar Kovil. The Kodandaramaswamy temple has two sets of utsavar archa-vigrahas of the presiding deity and His consort, and Lakshmana. While one deity is named Rama, the other is known as Karunakaran. On February 22nd 2016, Sri Karunakara Perumal along with His Consorts had beautiful alangaram followed by Purappadu to Pushkarani for Theppotsavam and Theppam was performed. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti. Many Bakthas participated in the Utsavam and received the blessings of Divyadampathis.
