The nine-day annual brahmotsavams of Srinivasa Mangapuram came to a colourful end with Chakrasnana Mahotsavam on Sunday. The processional deities were given Tirumanjanam bath before giving holy dip to Sri Sudarshana Chakrattalwar in the temple tank. The Snapanam programme took place between 9am and 10am followed by Chakra Snanam amidst chanting of Vedic Mantras.
In the evening the successful completion of annual brahmotsavams of Lord Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy marked with the performance of Dhwajavarohanam by the temple priests.
