Brahmotsavam commenced in a grand manner at Bihar Buxar Sri Vaikuntanathan Perumal Temple. On March 15th 2016, in the morning Sri Perumal along with His Consorts had beautiful alangaram and Dwajarohanam was performed. Later in the evening Sri Perumal had Venu Gopalan Thirukolam followed by Thiruveethi Purappadu. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti. Many devotees participated in the Brahmotsavam and received the blessings of Divyadampathis. Buxar is a city in the state of Bihar in the Eastern part of India.The city of Buxar lies to the south of River Ganges and shares its border with the state of Uttar Pradesh.
