The annual Vasanthotsavams of Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy, in Tirumala Temple is usually performed for three days every year starting from Trayodasi and concluding on Pournami in the auspicious month of Chaitra (March/April Month).
On April 19th 2016, the processional deities of Sri Malayappa Swamy and His consorts were taken round in procession and brought to Vasanta Mandapam. In the afternoon between 2pm and 4pm Snapana Thirumanjanam (Holy Bath) was performed to the deities amidst vedic hymns and later they were brought back to temple.
