Chithirai Brahmotsavam commenced in a grand manner at Pondicherry Sri Srinivasa Perumal Sannadhi. On April 26th 2016, in the morning Dwajarohanam was performed in the presence of Sri Perumal followed by Purappadu. Later in the evening Sri Perumal with His Consorts had Thiruveethi Purappadu on Indhira Vimana Vahanam. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti. Many devotees particicpated in the Brahmotsavam to have dharshan of Divyadampathis and received the blessings.
