Vaikasi Brahmotsavam commenced in a grand manner at Pondicherry Sri Varadaraja Perumal Temple. On May 13th 2016, in the morning Dwajarohanam was performed followed by Divyadampathis Mangalagiri Purappadu. Later in the evening Sri Perumal had Vidyalakshmi Thirukolam and Thiruveethi Purappadu on Hamsa Vahanam. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place in the midst of ghosti parayanam. Many devotees participated in the Utsavam and received the blessings of Divyadampathis.
