On June 1st 2016, Ekadasi Purappadu took place in a grand manner at Thiruvallur Sri Veeraraghava Perumal Temple. On this occasion, Sri Perumal with His Consorts had beautiful alangaram followed by Maada Veethi Purappadu. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place in the midst of ghosti parayanam. Many devotees participated in the Purappadu and received the blessings of Divyadampathis.
