Vidayatri Utsavam was celebrated in a grand manner at Thiruvallikeni Sri ThelliyaSingar Perumal Temple. On June 27th 2016, in the evening Sri Perumal with His Consorts had beautiful alangaram followed by Thiruveethi Purappadu on Pushpa Pallakku. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place in the midst of ghosti parayanam. Many devotees participated in the Vidayatri Utsava Pushpa Pallakku and received the blessings of Divyadampathis.
