Ramanujar Padhuka Vijayam from Yathiraja Jeer Mutt of Melkote happened on 24.7.2016 at Villiwakkam Manimandapam. As part of the vijayam Udayavar Padhuka was received at Anjenayar Temple on Sannadhi street. The Veedhi Purappadu of Padhuka was performed covering the Sannidhi street of Manimandapam along with Nagaswaram, Thiruchinnam and Melam. Adyapakas of Prabhanda Parayana Ghosti recited Ramanuja Noortrandhadhi during purappadu and the Padhuka was followed by Sthreegal with Seer ( consisting of various fruits, vastrams and mariyadhas etc.,)
The Padhuka was accorded Poorna Kumbha welcome by Swami Desikan of Manimandapam. Vishnu Sahasranamam was recited at Manimandapam. The replica of Ramanujar Padhuka was distributed to devotees by the Yathiraja Mutt representatives. Shri U.Ve. Rajagopalachar of Manimandapam performed a short Upanyasam on one of many episodes from the life of Udayavar and thanked the Representatives of Yathiraja Mutt, Melkote. The Padhuka Vijayam concluded with satrumurai, Theertha prasadam and Ghosti Viniyogam. More than 150 devotees in and around Villivakkam attended the Padhuka Vijayam and got the blessings of Perumal, Udayavar and Acharya.
