On 22nd September, 2016; Durmukhi Varusha Purattasi Rohini, Annual Pavithrotsavam concluded in a grand manner at Sri Veeraraghava Perumal Temple, Thiruvallur .On this occasion, In the morning Chathustanaa Archana homam was perfomed followed by satrumurai. Later in the evening Sri Veeraraghava Perumal with his consorts thiruveedhi purappadu took place in the maada veedhi of Thiruvellur. Then around 7.00 p.m Chathustana archana homam was perofmed , around 10.00p.m Mahapoornahuthi was done with grand satrumurai. Then Perumal thirumanjanam Kandarulal and the kumbaprokshanam took place next day early morning 2.00 a.m. Lot of astikas took part in the last day of pavithrotsavam and had the blessings of Divyadampatis.
