On June 13, 2017 (Hevilambi Varusha Vaikasi Sravanam), Swami Desikan maasa Thirunakshatram was celebrated in grand manner at Thiruvallur Divya Desam. In the evening around 5 pm, thiruveedhi purappadu took place for Sri Vaidhya Veeraraghava Perumal and His Nachiyars along with Swami Desikan Several astikas took part in the maasa thirunkshatra purappadu and had the blessings of the Divya Dampathis and Acharyan.
