On July 28st, 2017, Sri Hevilambi Varusha Second Aadi Velli (Hastham), Sri Abhishekavalli Thayar Purappadu take place in grand manner at Sri Bhakthavatsala Perumal Temple, Thirukkannamangai Divyadesam. Being aadi Vellikizhamai (Friday), aroung 11 a.m Vishesha Thirumanjanam for Abhishekavalli Thayar was conducted and later in the evening at 6.30 p.m, Ul prakara purappadu took place inside the temple premises. A lot of astikas took part in the purappadu and had blessings of Thayar and Perumal.
