On 31st July 2017, Hevilambi Aadi Swathi Garuda Utsavam was celebrated grandly at Thirukkurungudi Vaishnava Nambi temple. Sri Perumal was adorned with jewelleries and garland, rode garuda vahanam through the four mada veethis. Many devotees participated in the utsavam and acquired the blessings of Perumal.
