On August 6, Hevilambi Aadi Uthiradam, the Varusha Thirunakshatram of Sri Aalavandar was celebrated well at Thirunangur Sri Van Purushothama Perumal Temple. On this occasion, Sri Van Purushothama Perumal and Swami Alavandar had purappadu in the evening.
