Thirukandiyur Sri Harasaapa Vimochana Perumal Thirupavitrotsavam took place in a grand manner in this Hevilambi varusham. The five day utsavam concluded on August 24, 2017. It was a mesmerising sight to see perumal, ubhaya nachimars and thayar decorated with colorful pavithrams and flower garlands. Many Asthikas took part in the purappadu, pooranahuthi and the rest of the utsavams, and received the blessings of Sri Kamalavalli Thayar sametha Sri Harasapa Vimochana Perumal.
