Thiruevvul Sri Vaidhya Veeraraghava Perumal thirupavitrotsvam started off on a grand note on 3rd September with Ankurarpanam and Senainadhan purappadu at Thiruvallur. On 4th September Adivasam, Perumal thirumanjanam, Sadusthana Archanai etc were conducted. On 5th September, Perumal thirumanjanam pavitra samarpanai, homam etc were conducted. Perumal adorned fresh cotton and silk pavitrams with flower garlands along with his consorts. Several astikas participated in the event and received the blessings of Sri Kanakavalli thayar, Sri Vaidhya Veeraraghava perumal and our Acharya vallal Swami Desikan.
