The loss of our Acharyan, who lived the life of a true ascetic and who practiced what He preached, and one of the senior most srivaishnava Acharyans of all the living Acharyas, is irreparable.

- 12:30: Charama kainkaryam of Srimath Andavan has been completed and all the gathered sishyas are leaving the Brindavanam with heavy heart and tears.
- 12:00 noon: Final rituals in progress…and closing of Brindavanam
- 11:30 am: Srimath Andavan’s Thirumeni taken in a moongil basket to the Brindavanam (near Thirukkudanthai Andavan’s Brindavanam) as per rituals
- 11:00 am: Divya Desa maalai mariyathai and chanting of Pancha-Suktams and Taittireeyam
- 10:30 am: Elaborate Thirumanjanam and Aradhana was done to the Thirumeni of HH
- HH Mannargudi Sendalangara Jeeyar was also present
- Sankalpam is being done in the presence of HH Srimath 46th Azhagiyasingar
- 10:00 am: Sankalpam has started., thousands of vidwans, sishyas and asthikaas has gathered at Periya Ashramam and many of them are on their way. All the streets in Srirangam leads to Periya Ashramam today and thousands of them throng to Periya Ashramam, Sthala SuDhDhi took place by spreading at least some 50 pounds of rice on a saffron cloth, super-imposed by another 100 pounds of paddy on another saffron cloth.
- 9:30 am: Brama ratham and PuNyAhAvachanam: Brama ratham Alankaram and valam, taken around the streets of Srirangam
- Srimath Andavan’s poorvaasramam Kumarar performing all the kaaryams as per the instructions of vidwans
- 9:00 am: Charama kainkaryam is taking place at Srirangam Srimath Andavan Ashramam (Periya Ashramam).
March 19 ,2018
- 8:30 pm: Srimath Andavan’s Thirumeni reaches Srirangam in the evening. Arrangements for the charama kainkaryam commenced.
- 3:00 pm: Charama kainkaryam to be held at Srirangam tomorrow (March 20, 2018). The Thirumeni of HH will be taken from Alwarpet Andavan Ashramam to Srirangam this afternoon at around 3:30 pm. Several shishyas and abhimanis have gathered at Alwarpet and are preparing for the journey to Srirangam.
