On 22nd March 2018(Panguni Karthigai) 6th day of Sri Ramanavami Utsavam was celebrated grandly in Sri YeriKaatha Ramar temple, Madhuranthakam. On that day’s alangaram, Sri Rama, Lakshmana and Seetha had nice jewels and garland alangaram with Yellowish green coloured Vasthram for Seetha, meanwhile both the brothers had blue colored vasthram and gave a scintillating dharshan to all the Devotees.
The 7th day Utsavam on 23rd March(Panguni Rohini) took place. For that day’s event, all the three processional deities had beautiful alangaram with double colored garlands decorated their shoulders. It was actually the combo of Kanagamparam and Jasmine looked like gordeous whitish Peach colored silky vasthram. But their actual vasthrams were Blue, orange and Peach colored vasthram respectively for Seetha Pirati, Lord Rama and Lord Lakshmana respectively. After alangaram, Thiruveedhi purappadu took place.
The 8th day of Utsavam was the ‘Vishvaroopa Sevai’ which took place wonderfully on 24th March (Panguni Mrugasheerisham). For that sevai, Thayar had a auspicious yellow with red bordered vasthram while Rama and Lakshmana had green and blue colored Vasthrams. Specialty in that alangaram was Thayar’s hair dressing gave a eye pleasing beauty. Her hair resembled a mini nandhavanam. All the three deities had purappadu after alangaram.
The 9th day was the very special day as it was most awaited Sri Ramanavami-25th March 2018(Panguni Thiruvadhirai). On that day, all the three processional deities Sri Seetha, Lakshamana, Samedha Sri Rama had thirumanajanam and after that they were decorated with Red coloured vasthrams which matched the color of scented rose garland on their shoulders. Several devotees in and around Madhuranthakam attended the event and received the blessings of almighty on that happiest occasion.
