On 26th March 2018 (Hevilambi Varusham panguni punarpoosam) the 7nth day of the panguni brahmotsavam was celebrated in Sri Vanamamalai Perumal Temple, Nanguneri. On this occasion, Perumal wore merun color vasthram and Thayar wore pink color vasthram. The crown for Perumal was beautifully fixed, Thayar had a special necklace with pendant and they were decorated beautifully with embellishments and garlands of jasmines. In the evening Perumal and Thayar had purappadu on puniyakoti vimanam and mirror chapparam. They gave scintillating darshan to the devotees. Several astikas participated in the Brahmotsavam and had the blessings of the Divyadampathis.
