On 26th March 2018 (Hevilambi Varusham Panguni Punarpoosam) Sri RamaNavami Utsavam commenced in a grand manner at Sri Kothandaramaswamy Temple, Vaduvur. On this occasion, Dwajarohanam was performed(flag hosting). Perumal was adorned with Green with violet color vasthram and had beautiful alangaram. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti. The 2nd day of Sri RamaNavami Utsavam was celebrated grandly on 27th March 2018 at Sri Kothandaramaswamy Temple. In the evening Perumal was fully decorated with flowers and abharanams. He wore white color vasthram with violet color border and He had bow and arrow in his hands. After Thirumanjanam, Perumal had purappadu on Suryaprabhai. Several astikas participated in Sri RamaNavami Utsavam and had the blessings of Sri Kothandaramaswamy.
