On 27nth March 2018(Hevilambi Varusha Panguni Poosa Natshatram) the 5th day of the Panguni Brahmotsavam was celebrated grandly at Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple, Nachiyar Kovil. On this occasion Perumal was dressed up with blue color vasthram and He was decorated beautifully with kaasu malai, several pendants and chains. He was adorned with jasmines followed by a thick garland of roses. Thayar wore violet color saree with pink color border and She was ascended on lotus as Mahalakshmi. In the evening, Perumal had purappadu on Hanumantha vahanam and Thayar had purappadu on kamala vahanam. Many devotees participated in the Brahmotsavam and received the blessings of Divyadampathis.
