As a part of ongoing Swami Emperumanar Avathara Utsavam, the 7th day Utsavam took place at Thiruvallikeni Sri Parthasarathy Perumal Temple on AprilĀ 18th, 2018 (Srivilambi Chithirai Karthigai). In the morning, Emperumanar was decorated beautifully with several abharanams like kaasu malai, pendants and a big crown. On that crown, He looked like a king and He was adorned with jasmine, rose and thulasi garlands. Then He had Periya Thiruveedhi purappadu on palanquin. In the evening, He had a auspicious alankaram with a lot of ornaments and flower garlands and had Thiruveedhi purappadu on pushpa pallaku. Pallaku was fully decorated with flower garlands like kanakambaram, jasmine and thulasi. It indicates our national tricolor.
