As a part of Sri Narasimha Jayanthi, the 5th day was celebrated on 23rd April 2018 (SriVilambi Chithirai Poosam) at Chembur Sri Ahobila Mutt, Mumbai. In the morning Perumal wore yellow color silk vasthram and His consorts wore blue silk saree. He was decorated beautifully with flower garlands. Perumal held the tail of the five head serpent and He gave scintillating darshan to the astikas on punyakoti vimanam.
On the previous day, (22nd April 2018; punarpoosam), the 4th day of the Sri Narasimha Jayanthi was celebrated. On the occasion Perumal had purappadu on Sesha vaahanam. On Day 3 of the Sri Narasimha Jayanthi, (21st April 2018;Thiruvathirai), Perumal was decorated auspiciously with flower garlands and abharanamas and blessed the devotees on Hanumantha vaahanam as Sri Ramar having His bow and arrow. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti.
Several astikas participated in the Sri Narasimha Jayanthi and received the blessings of Perumal.
