As a part of Srivilambi Navarathri Utsavam, the 5th day of the Utsavam was celebrated grandly at Mannargudi Sri Vidhya Rajagopalaswamy Temple on 14th October 2018. Perumal was decorated in green vasthram and flower garlands of jasmine, rose, thulasi. Holding the sattai in the right hand, Perumal had Ul purappadu.
On the previous day, 13th October 2018 (Srivilambi Purattasi Anusham) the 4th day of the Navarathri was celebrated. Sri Vidhya Rajagopalaswamy wore a beautiful combination of white and blue vasthram. He was decorated with a golden crown, kaasu malai, pendants, chains, flower garlands of sevvanthi, thulasi, kanakambaram and rose.
The 3rd day of the Navarathri was celebrated on 12th October 2018 (SriVilambi Purattasi Visakam). On that day, Perumal wore a beautiful combination of violet and orange vasthram and gave scintillating darshan to the devotees. Hundreds of astikas participated in the utsavams and had the blessings of Sri VidhyaRajagopalaswamy.
